According to the video he doesn't feel a thing due to the "skin effect". The skin effect is where alternating current(AC current) tends to avoid travel trough the center of a solid conductor" (the guy's body), "limiting itself to conduction near the surface" (the stainless steel mesh suit). Look it up in Wikipedia. ;)
